L.I. Smith has a history of successful land use planning.
Currently, L.I. Smith performs a growing number of commercial
and residential site evaluations and prepares designs for
entire subdivisions as well as individual establishments.
We routinely undertake projects that involve wetlands, stormwater
management, drainage, utilities, roadways, and erosion control
(SWPPP).
L.I. Smith assists clients with preparing applications and
obtaining site development permits, as well as attending Planning
Commission and other meetings as the client's representative.
