M Ranch Lake
Noxubee County, Mississippi
L.I. Smith & Associates designed the low-hazard category
dam, primary outlet and emergency overflow structures for
a 40-acre lake for Circle M Ranch, with a drainage area of
685 acres, and a storage capacity of 635 acre-feet at a depth
of 30 feet.
Wild
Briar Lake
Okibbeha County, Mississippi
L.I. Smith & Associates designed the low-hazard category
dam, primary outlet and emergency overflow structures for
a 30-acre lake for Wild Briar Properties, with a drainage
area of 110 acres, and a storage capacity of 450 acre-feet
at a depth of 28 feet.
Rancho
Lake
Henry County, Tennessee
Envisioned to be the centerpiece of a 2,000-acre wildlife
and recreation area, this 200-acre lake was designed for the
high-hazard category, having a storage capacity of 8,700 acre-feet
at a depth of 50 feet. This project included 160-acres of
wetlands mitigation and 6,800 linear feet of stream mitigation.
