These services include the review of contract documents and
construction schedules as well as performing quality assurance
inspections.

Smith has a team of experienced inspectors, engineers, and
program managers for roadway and bridge projects. These individuals
are certified in the testing and inspection of concrete, aggregates,
soil, asphalt, erosion control devices, and nuclear gauge.
L.I. Smith & Associates engineers, surveyors, and inspectors
complete regular safety training and are HAZWOPER certified.
