L.I. Smith & Associates, Inc. currently has (6) six registered surveyors, (8) eight survey party chiefs, and (3) three survey technicians. These (17) seventeen individuals make up a total of more than 250 years experience in the surveying industry with a large portion of that experience from property boundary surveys. Our experienced project managers have the flexibility and the resources to utilize each of our survey teams for completion of each work order on time and within the performance guidelines.

As a land surveying company, L.I. Smith & Associates, Inc. has an extensive amount of experience performing courthouse research and using that data with precise field measurements to determine property boundaries. Our long-standing presence in the Southeast reflects an extended area of coverage that includes many of the courthouses in various counties throughout the southeast region.
